We are delighted to announce the new members to our team. These young, energetic and bright nurses will bring on Global Pinoy Nursing News into a new level of "informing, inspiring and connecting" Filipino nurses all over the globe.

Help us welcome Rhea and Joseph. 
 
RheaClaudine Rhea A. Sun spent her education mostly in Dumaguete City. She obtained her BSN degree from Silliman University in 2012. She is currently a member of Beta Nu Delta Nursing Society and the Silliman University College of Nursing Honor Society.

Her penchant for writing and passion for research are evident as she involves herself in research pursuits as a research assistant and editor of various thesis and dissertation papers of local graduate students.

After completing her Master of Science in nursing major in Community Health Nursing degree, she plans to pursue a career in public health research and work in international organizations such as the United Nations and WHO.


 
Joseph
Joseph Andrew T. Pepito graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Cebu Doctors’ University in 2012. Currently pursuing a Master’s of Arts in Nursing major in Medical-Surgical Nursing in the said university. Worked as a Site Coordinator for miraclefeet-Cebu in 2014 and currently functions as counselor for miraclefeet.

He is an executive officer of Beta Nu Delta Nursing Society and a primary member of the IRB of Beta Nu Delta Nursing Society. He has profound interest in neurology particularly in learning and dementia. He hopes that one day he would be able to contribute to research about learning and dementia.

After earning his Master’s of Arts in Nursing degree, he hopes to earn a research scholarship for a PhD abroad researching about dementia.
