As a corporate director at Citrus Valley Health, what does a typical day at work like for you?

I cannot describe a typical day at work for me as each day is different and my schedule is based on the various programs I administer. I have plenty of productive meetings and time to coach staff on a one on one basis. I provide consultation at all levels of the organization and numerous lectures. I also take time to round and gather information from our customers.

Which of your career highlights are your personal favourites?
*The establishment and continuous improvement of programs such as our CVHP Leadership Academy and our CVHP Mentoring and Professional Development Program. These programs are properly aligned with our organization's mission and thus its outcomes were game changing.
