In just less than a month, another member of the Beta Nu Delta Nursing Society was in the international scene as a speaker in Gorontalo, North Sulawesi, Indonesia last November 25-26, 2015.
Prof Lucila Sunga was one of the keynote speakers in the 3rd International Nursing Conference whose theme was focused on the "Development of Nursing Curriculum to Improve the Quality of Nursing Education: Islamic Values and International Perspective.
She spoke on developing nursing curriculum based on global perspective. Her presentation was timely on account of the ASEAN economic integration which will commence next year.
At present, Prof. Sunga is the technical assistant to the Vice-President (Academic Affairs) of Tarlac State University. Prior to this post, she was the dean of the college of nursing at the same university for close to a decade.
This event was organized by the Asosiasi Institusi Pendidikan Ners Muhammadiyah - Aisyiyah se Indonesia (AIPNEMA) or the Associatin of Muhammadiyah - Aisyiyah Indonesian Nurse Education Centrr (AMAINEC).
